Cutting Board Care

∙ Wipe clean with soap and warm water

∙ Dry using a towel and store on edge

∙ Treat 1-2 times per month with food-safe board conditioner or mineral oil

∙ For best long-term care, use conditioner anytime the board appears dry.  

DO NOT place in dishwasher or soak in water

DO NOT treat with cooking oil (olive, vegetable, sunflower etc.)
